To order embroidery:

1) Write your name out in the language you wish in ALL CAPs: English or Hebrew.
Write a separate line for each Bag you are ordering. For instance if you want one Tallis Bag plus two Tefillin Bags, write the name to be embroidered on 3 separate lines, like this:

(Write in Hebrew unless you wish English embroidery)

If you are not sure or don't know how to spell your Hebrew name, or your Last name in Hebrew, eMail me and I will help you.

If your name is long you may wish to abbreviate on the Tefillin Bags:

MEM CHES LIEBOVITZ

Or just MOSHE CHAIM

Or just MEM CHES LAMED

The Hebrew "Rashi" and/or "Rabainu Tam" (Raish"Tov) can be also added
Large and Ex-Large Tallis Bags have enough room to embroider a whole Megilla
2) Double check, and make sure you have the name spelled correctly

3) Count the characters ( letters ). Appostrophes, and Spaces don't count.

4) Find the number of characters on the chart to the right, and click the "Add to Cart" button to the right of it. This will add the embroidery to the shopping cart that you already have your new Tallis and/or Tefillin Bags in, or you can add the Tallis & Tefillin Bags after you put the embroidery in the shopping cart.

5) If you need your name embroidered on 2 or 3 bags, count the letters for each bag separately, and click the "Add to Cart" button ordering the embroidery separately for each bag.You do not need to write the same number of letters on both the tallis bag and the tefillin bags.
Don't worry, we will communicate clearly with you BEFORE we embroider the bags and make 100% sure you get what you wish.

6) After we receive the order confirmation from PayPal, I will eMail you and ask you to actually snail-mail me the page you wrote with your clear written instructions. I want to see the names written in YOUR writing with your signature on the page, to avoid mistakes caused by people accidentally calling a letter by a different name, or mistakes on phones, etc. Nor do I wish to be blamed for a customer's misspelling

After we finish communicating, and BEFORE I actually have the bags embroidered, I will eMail you a last confirmation of the entire order and name spelling for your approval. So, fear not. If you make a mistake on this page, or anywhere along the line, I do NOT order any merchandise for you until you and I communicate clearly enough so that we are both satisfied that both you and I know exactly what you are ordering.
